pista-run-dev（以下「開発者」といいます）は、モバイルアプリケーション「ShoeLog」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
本アプリは、ユーザーがランニングシューズに関する情報を端末上で記録・管理するためのアプリです。本アプリで扱うデータは以下のとおりです。
上記 2.1 のデータは、ユーザーの端末内のローカルストレージ（SQLite データベースおよび端末内ファイルシステム）にのみ保存されます。開発者は、これらのデータを取得したり、開発者のサーバーへ送信したりすることはありません。
本アプリには、シューズ情報・ラン記録・画像をまとめて 1 つのファイルに書き出し（エクスポート）、別の端末で取り込む（インポート）機能があります。書き出されたファイルの保存先・共有先・取り扱いは、ユーザー自身の操作と管理に委ねられます。開発者はこのファイルにアクセスしません。
本アプリは、以下のいずれも行いません。
本アプリは、iOS において以下のシステム権限の許可を求める場合があります。

これらの権限により取得した画像は、本アプリの端末内ストレージにのみ保存され、外部送信はされません。
本アプリはクッキー、IDFA（広告識別子）その他のトラッキング技術を利用しません。App Tracking Transparency に基づくトラッキング許可は要求しません。
本アプリは年齢を問わず利用可能ですが、特に子ども向けに設計されたものではありません。本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、子どもからの個人情報を取得することもありません。
本アプリ内のデータを削除する方法は以下のとおりです。
本アプリ自体は外部の解析・広告サービスを利用していませんが、以下の Apple 提供サービスを利用する場合があります。
これらの利用については Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加等により、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新し、本アプリのアップデートのリリースノート等で告知します。

pista-run-dev (hereinafter "the Developer") sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the mobile application "ShoeLog" (hereinafter "the App").
The App is an application for users to record and manage information about their running shoes on their device.
The data in 2.1 is stored only in local storage on the user's device (SQLite database and the device's file system). The Developer does not obtain this data or transmit it to any developer-operated server.
The App lets you export your shoe information, run records, and images into a single file, and import it on another device. The storage location, sharing, and handling of the exported file are entirely under your own control and management. The Developer does not access this file.
The App does NOT do any of the following:

Images obtained through these permissions are stored only in the App's local storage; they are not transmitted externally.

The App is usable regardless of age but is not specifically designed for children. Because the App does not collect personal information, no personal information from children is obtained.

Use of these services is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
This Policy may be revised due to changes in law or to the App's features. When a material change occurs, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised and the change will be noted in release notes or similar communications.
